Customer Service

Delivery
Your order will usually be delivered to the specified address (at your home or at work) the next business day. At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email for confirmation and a tracking code. You can track the delivery via the website of the relevant carrier. We work together with PostNL, GLS, UPS and DHL.

Exchanges & Returns
If you would like to exchange or return your order, you can do so if it:
- is returned within the 14-day cooling-off period;
- is in the undamaged, unwritten, original factory packaging;
- is complete and undamaged.

Opened items that do not meet the above conditions remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged. Some items may only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Think of consumer items such as grips or pole cleaner, these items can therefore not be returned.

In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, you will be reimbursed for the costs of returning the goods. For this you should contact us via info@danspalen.nl or by phone via 06-46605807.

Order procedure
Ordering proceeds as follows:

- Click on the article you are interested in;
- If you have decided to purchase the item, click on the 'Add to Cart' button;
- You will now see 'Your shopping cart' with the contents. You can still remove items or adjust the quantity;
- Are you done shopping? Then click on 'Checkout';
- In order to process your order, we ask you to fill in your details;
- You can then choose whether you want your order to be delivered to your home or whether you want to pick it up yourself in the store;
- After this you fill in the shipping method;
- After this you can indicate how you want to pay.
- If everything is to your liking, place your order.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order afterwards.

Payment options
You can pay at Danspalen.nl in many ways:

1. Payment via Sisow
Sisow is a payment provider that arranges payments for us. You can pay with almost every regular method.

2. Payment in advance via prepayment
You can also transfer the total amount yourself in advance, for example with internet banking or a transfer form. You can transfer your payment to: account number 143145897 in the name of Aliaz, Schaijk.
Don't forget to mention the order number. You can find this on your invoice in the confirmation email.
After receiving your payment we will send your order immediately.

3. Payment upon collection
You can also choose to pick up the order by appointment. You can then also pay cash. Please note there is no pin, so only cash.
